ConsultationWe will prepare and provide a “room ready” handbook which is a detailed room-by-room analysis of your home. It sets out what needs to be pre-packed, replaced, repaired or refreshed in preparation of your listing or Open House. For those people who are able and enjoy the hands on preparation work for this type of project the handbook is perfect.

Beyond the Walls can assist with as much or as little as you like in this process. We also provide services if you have no time or interest in doing the preparation work yourself.
